Many of us primarily identify as “triathletes” but does that take away from who we really are as a person? And does it make training harder? Today we look at designing your own lifestyle instead of forcing too many things and being scattered. We also look at approaching our lives with balance and fueling the real you, all while remaining someone who plays triathlon, does it to the best of your capabilities, and finds a well-rounded satisfaction in all the above.
