So as you guys know I am on a journey to qualify for the Boston Marathon and in order for

me to qualify for the Boston Marathon at my age group and being a male I have to run

a sub three hour marathon which equates to a 650 minute per mile pace or faster and that

is a journey I'm on and I will preface this by saying I know this journey is not a fast

one I know that it is it's if you will a marathon not a sprint exactly exactly what it is.

It's something that's going to take time dedication commitment but it is it's something that

I'm sticking with and I'm truly interested committed and all in on this process.

And I want to put that out there before we really dig into my results at the Austin

Marathon this past weekend which was February 16th 2020.

Now a few months ago we opened up this event we established the event called the Run One

More Challenge and I ran the Austin Marathon in 2018 and 2019 and now the year 2020 and

because I love the event I love the Austin Marathon the energy that it brings the way it

set up the way the community comes together I love the city I've loved this marathon

the past two years I was like hey I try to get my entire team all the staff here at

Bear Performance Intrition to do it with me and everyone signed up for either the 5k the

half marathon or the full marathon and then we get the idea of well why don't we open

it up to all of our loyal supporters all of our fans the BPN family and encourage people

to do the marathon with us whether they want to do the 5k the half marathon or the full

marathon and we called it the Run One More Challenge because it was an opportunity for people
