What is going on guys and welcome back to another episode of the Bear Performance Podcast.

I'm your host Nick Bear, owner of Bear Performance Nutrition and today is March 2nd, 2020.

It's been absolute chaos and madness since the Austin Marathon ended, which was February

16th, it was a little over two weeks now.

I took an entire week off of training after that Austin Marathon and now I'm back into training

full throttle, 100% moving into the Eugene, Oregon Marathon, which is the end of April.

So I've started a new training block.

I'm back on my training yesterday.

It was an 18 mile long run.

Today is a five mile recovery run and I've been documenting the entire process.

If you guys are following on Instagram, on YouTube and showing things I'm improving on,

working towards trying to get better at ultimately becoming faster, building my stamina, my

aerobic base and the goal of running a sub three hour marathon and qualifying for the Boston

marathon as you guys know.

I think with this transition over the past year from bodybuilding, powerlifting to endurance,

I learned a lot not only from a physical training nutrition standpoint, I've brought in

my experience and my knowledge on endurance training and what that takes and what it's

like and that transformation physically and from a knowledge standpoint has been massive,

but also from a perception of how other people view it as well.
