I'm doing well, Pat. We're going to have to rename this at the virtual table with

Patrick Linconey that's right hopefully that won't be for too much longer but who

knows it could be another week could be another month could be even longer

but for now we're going to do the best that we can and hope people

are safe out there. You know, Cody, what's the topic of today's podcast?

So today we're going to talk about how do you measure success, but before we get into that, you have an announcement that we wanted to make. We don't do this often, but we have something we wanted to share with our listeners.

Yeah, during this time, we would like to reach out to all of the consultants and practitioners out there, whether you're an external one you hang your own shingle and

you go out and work with clients or you work internally in HR or

organizational development as a consultant internally we want to reach out to all the practitioners out there

and provide them with some free resources. We're going to start doing webinars for them

once a week and we're going to provide other resources and we're very excited about this.

Our first webinar is going to be in the next week or so.
