What I'm not joined by Cody is in person because Cody's in Bend, Oregon with his family.

I'm sitting in my office in my house in Alamo,

You know, this is our first podcast since the shutdown if you will because of the coronavirus

And we really debated whether we were going to keep doing this and we decided we did not want to do it if it wasn't relevant and if people really didn't benefit from it.

We're not trying to put ourselves out there unless there's something important to say.

And we've been getting enough messages and enough requests from clients and others. And we've kind of come to the realization Cody that this still matters and in fact what's our what's the title of this podcast going to be?

Yeah, we're calling it leadership doesn't stop and in part because it feels like the whole world has come to a halt in some way but even as we're not sitting at the same table and our life has been disrupted now more than than ever, we need leaders and managers
