Hello, Winebbers. My name is Jesse Meekham and this is

podcast number 319 for Wineb, where we teach you four rules to help you

save more money. This actually was going to be an episode that I was going to

write down first because I didn't want to mess things up because there were all sorts of legal things that we had to make

sure were square and you know how that goes. Lots of papers have been signed. Oh my word, the paperwork, the paperwork. Tons of due diligence, we've gone back and forth and

back and forth and negotiating, and it's interesting to say this now and I'm still processing.

But I've had time to process this for months and months and months as we've done all of that crazy work and talked with lawyer after lawyer after lawyer.

And so I'm actually very pleased, although fairly emotional, very pleased to announce that Wienab is now going to be under the

intuit umbrella of products. And don't, don't worry, everything will stay the same.

Except you'll see the Intuit logo around a little bit.

And I've always dreamt when they came to us.

I'd always thought they would offer some amount and say we're really interested in

Wienab and we'd like to purchase Wienab and bring it under into it and

do all these things that you know you hear about and I always just thought I would say after long deliberations I would say this

and I quote myself in my imaginations I would say I'm sorry we're just not that into it that you get that that's what I

was going to say but it turns out I was more into it than I thought I would be and the the allure of

far more resources at our disposal to get wine-ab in far more hands than we do at

this point was too great, too compelling for me to pass up.
