| 0:17.0 | motivation, all different angles, you know, obviously jumping into some of our favorite |
| 0:20.7 | quotes, just some things that inspired us, you know, obviously jumping into some of our favorite quotes, |
| 0:21.5 | just some things that inspired us, you know, our thoughts for the week, shutting out a client that's had a lot of success and answering your questions. And I'm just so fired up. We're just going to jump right into it today. So for my quote this week, I got a very simple one, but I think it's a very well said one and it's's that your obsessions become your possession. So just to kind of add on to this, just the power of visualization, you know, even looking back, like, you know, probably five, six years ago, like when me and Kyle started everything, I saw a really good post. I'm going to check my phone right now to see if I screen shot it. But it was like another kind of self-growth type person. |
| 0:55.2 | And then they just made a post saying my overnight success, you know, and it was just saying all |
| 0:59.2 | the things they did. But then it was actually saying like, you know, 150,000 cold calls, you know, |
| 1:04.7 | a million posts with no likes, like all these different things. You know, it's so easy to look at people |
| 1:09.3 | who have done big things and say, oh, you know, they kind of fell into it or they had an amazing circumstance. And, you know, I definitely think that has something to play. But, you know, when you have a relentless desire to achieve something and you really believe in yourself and you keep visualizing and saying you're going to do it, you're going to achieve it, you know, setting goals, you really can bring these things to. |
| 1:31.3 | And by constantly having them on your mind, you know, it's just a good reminder. And in general, too, you know, when you're really thinking of something, you know, just in general, Kyle sent me a |
| 1:35.0 | really good video that fired me up. And he was saying, you know, the analogy of when you get a new |
| 1:39.3 | car. Like if you get a new blue civic, right, you're going to see blue civics everywhere like it just dominates your mind it's super on your mind right it's just amazing how the subconscious mind can |
| 1:48.8 | bring that kind of to the front and just the same how great our brain is it filtering out |
| 1:53.2 | information that isn't important so he was saying how you know realistically would drive ourselves |
| 1:58.7 | insane like you know when you have a ring in your ear and you can't not focus on it, |
| 2:02.5 | you know, |
| 2:02.7 | your body's doing a million things. Your heart is pumping. Your lungs are pumping. Blood is flowing through your body, you know, like your ears are balancing all the information. It's, uh, people are talking far away from you, but it's focusing on what you're focusing on. your eyes are seeing a million. |
| 2:15.4 | Like it's just insane how many things. |
| 2:17.6 | Like I forget the number of some ridiculous number that your brain has to filter out every waking second you're alive. But, you know, just kind of leading on to that, just the concept of your obsessions, become your possessions, you know, if you really obsess over and constantly, you know, fuel yourself with things like to get a really fit, healthy and happy body. You know, if you're listening to this podcast, you're watching our YouTube videos, you're, you know, following us on Instagram. You're doing all these things. Like this is all going to kind of feed into that subconscious leading you towards that result of seeing change of, you know, kind of pushing forward. And it's just such a great reminder because when you focus on what you really want and what's important, you kind of have a way of kind of coming about and finding it. I love that, man. And, you know, just I think this kind of sparked from a few weeks ago or I guess last week when I did send Josh this video. And I've actually personally listened to it slash watched it about six times in like two days. It's by Ed Milet, how to control your mind to get anything you want. And even he was saying adding on to what Josh was talking about is like, we pick up our phone. I think roughly he said maybe 400 times a day. I don't know our exact numbers, but you know, even like he's such a fan of visualization as well. And I'm just like, man, it's crazy. Just like even if you're on your fitness journey or like whatever is important to you if every single time you pick it up you're like constantly reminded it will essentially train your subconscious mind to start processing okay how am I going to get this how am I going to be a better person how am I going to reach this desired goal like I know josh in the past has put five of his biggest goals on the |
| 3:40.9 | background um you know he might do like a vision board or something for his background right now i have |
