when you're in a flow of doing it the easy way it is just such a difference you know i've done it

the hard way where i still ate crap and you know i didn't you know pay attention to these micro factors and i was just starving like it got to the point of intolerable hunger and that's what's going to make you you know fail or you know not be able to stick to it so these 10 things are going to blow you away make sure you stay right to the end because every single one of these is just a

huge, huge tip. So I'm going to jump right into number one because this is something I'm a big believer in, you know, and that's just fully committing. If you're going to diet, you actually need to diet. I know a lot of people that just say I want to lose five pounds. You know, I'd want to, I'd love to win the lottery, like it's not going to happen by me just saying I want to do it, you know,

like it's just not a realistic thing, right? And just the same. If you want to lose five pounds, I think it's way better to say, I'm going to lose five pounds, right?
