Time and time again, I find myself telling, you know, new prospects in my coaching, people I've

been working with forever, you know, just really anyone, the importance of mindset. You know,

to really optimize this side of the journey, because without mindset, you're really going to do

nothing else very well. Like, this is kind of the secret piece that ties everything together. So

passionate about, and that could quite frankly change your life. So what's number one, Mr. Kyle? So number one, first of all, is accepting all of your shortcomings, but even past that, like I wanted to talk a little bit more about kind of like finding, like we all have shortcomings. That's something that we need to realize. And I think a lot of times people are too hard on themselves if they're not great at something or, you know, just whatever the case is, you know, just because you have short Cummings doesn't mean you should stop trying, right? And I kind of was listening to this podcast from David Goggins the other day. And he was just saying that a lot of times people will only take the stuff they're really good at and try to get better, which is an amazing strategy, but he's a fan of taking stuff that you're not the greatest and, you know, accepting it and working on it. You know, if someone is just an amazing runner, all they do is run. If they're a great lift or all they do is lift, but if you can kind of find those shortcomings and find little things that you can fine tune and become better at, I truly believe that makes you unstoppable, right? We're trying to create an unbreakable mindset when stuff hits the fan, when you have bad weeks, when the weekend's tough, that you're kind of like, I'm built for this. And that's how you're going to keep going for the long run? A lot of times people ask us like, hey, how have you been doing this so long? How are you so consistent? How are your clients get such great success? It's because we work on our mindset more than anything. It's the biggest and strongest muscle out

there. Yeah, and I was inspired for this, you know, episode off an Instagram post I saw. And, you know,

they had a quote tied with this little tip that I thought was so cool. And that's fear not what

becomes of you when you storm into battle battle but what will become of you if you

decide not to and you know that really hit at home for me because it's just so easy to say i'm never

going to be able to do this or this is something i'm not capable of or this is too hard or i'm not

meant to be in great shape or i've never been the attractive person like know, and like people will be so scared and paralyzed because of these limiting

beliefs. And, you know, instead if you say, hey, you know what, I'm not great at working out, but I will be one day, you know, like I'm going to go in there. It's going to be a little awkward. I'm not going to be the greatest, but I'm going to do it. I'm going to get better. and before you know it, it's going to be a thing in the past.
