Hello to everyone listening and welcome to this episode of the official podcast. I'm not even going to pretend that I remember the number because this episode was not supposed to happen.

Consider it a bonus, a treat, a fun holiday thing, which is this is probably going to go up well after any holiday celebrations. I don't know.

Anyhow, I'm here, so's Kaya and Charlie and Jackson and initially we thought this was not going to happen because of holiday commitments, but we found time in our schedule to talk to you.

Speaking of holiday commitments, boys, my topic is I want to talk about New Year's resolutions. Do you believe in them? Do you think they're good? Do you think they're stupid? Have you ever done any? Have you ever really done any?

I mean, I think it's a fine concept. It's a fun concept to it.

Don't we talk about the same year?

Yeah, and then somebody always invariably makes the comparison of the gyms how gyms always sell their memberships in January and then nobody ever follows up.

And they have the most cancellations the third week in January because people just don't care. I don't think people even really go into New Year's resolutions believing that they'll follow through with it.

It's more like they just like to point out where they could improve in life.

So I think they're super dumb because I think at this point they are now like you go in with the knowledge of you won't follow through it.

They have wrapped around from being genuine to just being a ha ha funny thing.

Exactly. Yeah.

Yeah.

What 100% as soon as you say a new year's resolution, that's when it ceases being a possibility.

Right. And I think another big part of it is if you were truly motivated, you'd start now.

Like if you wanted to hit the gym and get in better shape, like you'd start the day after the holidays because you know, that's when you're done eating like shit and being busy with family.
