And I want to get into it, but I want to just go in kind of what led you up to having this idea and bringing this, you know, start getting into the mindfulness tech business, you know, like how did we get there? So how did you find your way

into the world of mindfulness initially? Yeah, so me personally I think I found it where 30 young, I think I was 1819 when I was

started to find interest towards meditation, mindfulness in general. I think that was because like many of us we come from a somewhat difficult

upbringing never had our parents never turn out to be perfect, right?

And then I was seeking something.

I was just seeking help and I started reading books,

started to hearing out Ecartale and Michael A singer and some spiritual teachers and got really interested in the fact that there's a possibility to do a lot of self-work and I almost call it my guilty pleasure to read self-help books became almost like an addiction to see how far we can go in our self-growth and self-development.

I notice this saying, the definition of hell is the day you die you meet the person you could have been and I feel a little bit like how I'm like guilty of taking that almost too seriously sometimes.
