1:26.6 | on a daily or weekly basis and so there's a lot of different you know odds and ends to deal with and we all have that of course but it's easy to just kind of get distracted and pulled in all these directions and not really get anything deep going on but instead being pulled into a lot of these surface-level interactions with things in your life. |
