Hey guys, welcome to 2024. Wow, 2024 already. Kind of crazy. And I'll say happy new year,

but I have to say the only day I actually say happy new year is

January 1st because when people keep saying it deep into January even February

it kind of drivesies me crazy. Like we get it, we get it. The first week, sure. After that, it's overkill. It's overkill, pull it backkill pull it back pull it back and I've been thinking about the message I wanted to send out for 2024

I didn't want it to be about resolutions, you know that's a little too basic.

Plus I'm all about lifestyle over short-term fats.

I thought having a theme for the year instead could kind of stick in the back of your minds and I thought

that would be more impactful. So the theme I came up with for 2024 is get the job done and get on with it.

And what I mean by that is I urge you to stop wasting your precious time.

Enough is enough.

Basically it's time to buckle up and ensure that the decisions you make come from a place of logic and self-respect.

And what goes hand in hand with that is ensuring that you take accountability for how

you handle situations.

You know, not just here and there or when it's convenient consistently take accountability consistently make good choices

this is so important because every choice you make in your life, day in and day out, carve out a path for how your life turns out.

So for example, when someone is no good for you, see it for what it is and cut them off.

Get the scissors, snip, snip.

Leave out the buts.
