this week. Our film review is Hocom. Hocom was released in 26. It has 7.3 out of 10 on IMDB and 89% on rotten tomatoes.

When novelist Oam Bowman retreats to a remote inn in Western Ireland to scatter his parents' ashes,

he's consumed by tales of a witch that haunts the honeymoon suite.

Again, I was lucky enough to see a screening of this.

And it was just such a good time.

We had such a good time.

So this was directed by Damien McCarthy.

And he also did caveat and Audity, both films I really liked. Caviatt came first and I thought, yeah, that's good. It's a good film I

enjoyed it. Then Audity came and I thought Audity was brilliant. So this is his next film. And he genuinely just keeps getting better and better.

And the thing that I really enjoyed the most about this film is that it's genuinely funny.

So at the beginning of the screening, Damien McCarty gave a talk, like a brief kind of

introduction and said that he just wanted to create a horror film

that was scary but didn't take itself too seriously and he really did do just that.
