Hey I want to talk to you about promotions, incentives and giveaways or you could throw

contest into this bucket as well.

But the question I want to help you answer is this, are they actually good for your business?

So we've we get a lot of people inside of our love serve grow program that get really

torn and confused when they run into these types of things in their company.

I just had a couple of people the other day asked me, hey Bob my upline is running a contest

for the month and I'm really struggling with it because I feel like the contest is really

calling me to hustle and become transactional and go fast and do more.

And is this something that I really even should be participating in?

So I want to kind of help you understand how we can marry these two things together.

And I just want to say this upfront, things like promotions, incentives, giveaways, contests,

they're fine.

It's unrealistic for you to think operating a business in our space that these are not

going to be a part of your strategy to grow your business and grow your team.

We live in a very transactional world.

Almost every single company is very transactional.

Like all they do all the time is give you these things for your business.

It's like it's non-stop.
