Hey everyone, Vancouver Radio, episode number 3.14. The weather is here. Wow. How awesome is that?

Were who bring on the summer I do like England in terms of the seasons I know a lot of people poo poo

poo in England for its bad weather, but I do like the seasons I think it brings change and I think that's a nice thing I don't think I'd like to live in like Spain for example where there was just the same weather all the time. I like change, I like variety. So anyway, today is a short

show. I'll try to keep this under 10 minutes. What I want to talk about? Well, I was recently at an

event and a lady came up to me and she said, Ben, you've got loads of

podcasts, where in earth should I start? And I was like, you should start episode number one. It makes sense, right?

And then I was like, shit, what is episode number one like?

So I went back and I had a listen and I was like,

uh, cringe.

And like anything, we evolved right right so I made a pact to myself to go back and

listen through the first a hundred shows of the podcast to listen to whether I

would change my perspective whether I would delete anything and it turns out I would delete a lot.

So if you went back and had a look at what the podcast looks like now in the early day,

you'd actually find that an awful lot has been deleted.

So why have I done this? Well, I don't want anyone to listen to the podcast and get any incorrect information that is never my intention and I

can apologize but I also won't apologize for the fact that my knowledge my information

my understanding has has evolved.

The industry has evolved as well.

I started this podcast a long time ago.

It's over five years old.

So I'm going to have learned things
