episode, we were thinking about just the last couple of years too and how what we've done differently. And we were saying that now that our kids are great schooled age, it has gotten a little bit easier with some things, but then there's just other dynamics that continue to play out. And some of them we know about. So with your family, too, you might understand, okay, this person might come with the really rough conversation topics. This

person might come and have all the food comments. So go into it with knowing some of these things,

but then also, okay, what can we do preventatively? So a lot of these talks today are going to be a
