I am Elizabeth Benton and today I'm going to be sharing with you the audio from a webinar I

hosted this past Thursday night. One of the things I talked about on this webinar is why we doubt

ourselves. We either doubt our ability to create the change we want for our lives or

we have this fear that we'll do the work and then undo it. We won't sustain it.

And one of the things I started off this webinar by sharing is that we have a tendency

to project our past choices, our past experiences, onto our future. And so we limit

what we think we can do, what we have the confidence to try based on our past experiences.

But your past choices, your past experiences have nothing to do with your

present or your future choices or experiences unless you just keep repeating them.

So this is going to seem a little bit different and it is a little bit different. In fact,

you'll notice that I share starting off the webinar that I'm going to do something I've not done

before. And that is I always start every podcast recording or every live webinar or every
