I was recently cleaning out my notes on my phone and I came across this note that I wrote all the way

back on February 28th 2016. That's exactly two months after I started county macros. And here's

Restricting myself to only eating quote-unquote clean foods only leads me to binge on something unhealthy when I finally cave.

But I know if I can fit the treat into my macros

and eat it guilt-free while still reaching my goals,

then I can remove those good or bad labels off of food.
