Hope everybody's day is going great and they are making it through the middle of the

week and cranking out some listings and sales and commissions.

Funny I'm here in Folly Beach, South Carolina.

As you know, I have two houses, one here and one back home in the Baltimore suburbs.

And I've been here for the last couple of weeks.

I was really excited because I built a fire pit.

When I was a kid I used to have like these rocks in a circle and

we used to have fires in the backyard and I was really excited to get a house near the beach because I thought I could do this.

And I bought these really massive rocks and had them delivered and made them in the seats.

And I made an old school fire pit and I had a big fire the other night and suddenly a

Folly Beach police officer rose up onto my property and gives me a $500 ticket for having a fire, an unauthorized

fire pit. Evidently the fire is supposed to be two feet or less.
