I hope you got a lot of appointments, hope you got some good listing appointments

lined up. I'm gonna bring some home this weekend. I can't believe the week's

over already. Wow what a crazy week! I had to re-up my real estate license. I've been licensed 27, 28 years in Maryland now. Gosh, a long time and I basically

procrastinated on the continuing ed. I needed 15 hours of continuing ed. I wasn't in town in Baltimore to do it to sit in a boring class.

So I signed up for the online deal, which I'd never done before.

I procrastinated on the first class because it was such a heavy weight.

And then a couple days ago I started the first class and I found that even though I was taking three hour classes I was able to get them done in two hours,

sometimes an hour and a half, hour 45 minutes.

So that was the positive thing.

The negative side of it is you had to pay like super focused attention you had to have like

Adderall infused attention in order to get this get through this class because well

because every three slides was a quiz and of course you know even though you think it's

simple stuff 27 28 years in the business you think you'd be able to answer these questions you can't.

You know it's all new stuff or the way they word it is tricking you or whatever you can't just

guess it there's no way so I had to really pay attention and then at the end there's

final exam and if you fail the final exam I don't know what happens you got to start over or something but luckily I didn't fail any because I paid attention
