It was very discouraging because you come out of a great academic experience and professional thinking,

all right, I know what to do. I know how this works. I got my business planning.

You know, I've got all these other things going for me. I can make it work until it doesn't.

And I think when it doesn't at first you say,

all right, okay, I can deal this challenge

because I got plan B or plan C.

But when you get down to R&S in your plans, then that starts to change things a little bit.

So that discouragement is there, it is real, and it is one of second guessing yourself and said man I should have never done this I

should have gone you know stayed traditional I should have taken this job offer that I had

at this corporate headquarters,

been in that NBA leadership program

and look at what money I'd be making.

Look at the stock options I would have.

I mean, there were definitely a lot of those days and nights, and I'm like,
