How can you be depressed? How can you be overeating? How can you drink too much when you have everything? What's wrong with you?

In the end I did just reach a breaking point where I thought I can't live with this anymore,

People would look at me and they'd be like, oh you've got everything, you know, you're so so strong and when they saw me having the meltdown they

be like I can't believe it I can't believe that this happened to you. I was all set to do it and

in tears and trying to write this, I scribble this letter but I was just so distraught that that I couldn't write it properly and then the phone rang.

And I told her how low I was feeling and she said just give me a day. I just there's

somebody you need to talk to that I know trust me. When I was in therapy and my therapist prescribed me, you know, she gave me two options.

I can send you to a psychiatrist, we can get you on some antidepressants, or she suggested

that I go out and volunteer.

If you don't share your pain, it will consume you.
