out onto that Spartan course. Joe, our audience doesn't all necessarily know who you are and I know that I really

blew Bob's mind by giving him the

opportunity to learn a little bit about you. Would you introduce yourself and

give like that brief life story? You got a really powerful history there. Would you

mind sharing some of that

with us yeah sure so you see the sign behind me by the way says fresh eggs

we're on the farm right now but but my life didn't start on a farm it

started in a neighborhood.

I grew up across the street from that family

that movie's based on in this neighborhood called Howard Beach, Queens.
