Believing the best in people normally brings out the best in people.

So it doesn't matter if we're right or we're wrong about this person.

What matters is I go back to that person and say I believe in you now do

something about it change that and we tend to just say that person is not

accountable or this person is not showing up

instead of going back to the person and say hey the room around the street

is you're not accountable right and because of that you're not being the person we

think you can be and you're never going to earn the opportunity with us. We tend to feel a

certain way about a person as opposed to sitting down with them and telling them

that we feel that way about them. And when you do it that way, what you do is you build up resentment and you don't give

them a fair chance. When you believe the best in people, the best shows up.
