What is going on, everyone. Welcome to another episode of the fit, healthy, and most of all, happy podcast. I'm your coach and host, Josh, here with his co-host and co-coach, KG, and I'm in the house. And thank you so much for tuning in for this motivation Monday where we want to fire you up, you know, be that extra push to get you to have an incredible week here. I love Mondays because you got your whole week ahead of you, tons of energy. And, you know, that's why we like starting it off with some quotes, going into what's on our mind, you know, and then answering your questions right after we showed a client who has been absolutely crushing it. So without further ado, I'm going to start with my quote because it's something I actually love and I have something to add on to it. And my quote for this week is that the only limit is your mind. And the reason I love this is people are going to, oh, well, the limits, this, this, this, this. And it's true. There are some limits, you know, to what can be done. But what I think so cool is people keep doing the impossible so much you know people say oh it's impossible for you

0:55.9

to lose 150 pounds and to get healthy you've always been out of shape or it's impossible to run a two

1:02.2

hour whatever it was marathon you know it's impossible to do this that and the other and i think it's just

1:07.5

so cool how people that dream big think for more can achieve literally the

1:12.1

most crazy unbelievable things that, you know, when you look at these big, scary things that

1:17.1

people have achieved, people have gone into space, people have done these crazy things, you know,

1:21.2

you can hop on a magical bird thing that'll fly across the world to wherever you want to go.

1:26.6

It's just, it's absolutely insane that.

1:28.5

When you think of what can be done, it's like, why can't you do more? Why can't you achieve more? Why can't you look for more in your life? So sometimes, too, we need a challenge of self-limiting beliefs that self-talk and, you know, really be our best friend and inspire ourselves to really see our full potential. Dude, I'm so glad that you brought that up because I just, I'm such a fan of just pushing limits. And I feel like majority of us don't. And we're kind of grown up, you know, not grown up, but we're kind of like raised to, you know, just like stop a little bit short, you know, to stop like, you know, 10 reps shorter, you know, just 10 miles short. And it's just absolutely, like, insane, especially because for me lately, I've just

2:03.9

been, I don't know, I'm so obsessed.

2:06.0

I just watched a documentary and this is actually pretty cool.

2:08.6

I really encourage everybody to watch it on Amazon Prime.

2:11.1

It's the world's greatest race or sorry, the world's, the world's toughest race.

2:15.7

And it's 11 days of them just going through like kayaking, walk, sorry, the world's, um, the world's toughest race. And it's 11 days of them just going through like,

2:18.8

um, kayaking, uh, walk, uh, sorry, running, um, swimming and just doing anything you could

2:24.9

imagine like through Fiji. And they do it for 11, uh, almost 11 days straight. And some of them

2:30.3

barely slept. And it was just so incredible, like one of the most inspiring shows I've ever

2:34.1

watched, um, especially because a lot of them had cool stories. Like some of them were slept and it was just so incredible like one of the most inspiring shows I've ever watched um especially because a lot of them had cool stories like some of them were up to 68 years

2:38.3

old one of the guys just had dementia and they were just saying like I want to show everyone what's

2:43.2

possible like they've done um adventure racing all their life but it was just one of the coolest shows

2:48.2

ever and like the most beautiful scenery in the world and I'm just like

2:51.7

wow I'm tired after kayaking for like 30 minutes and these guys are doing like 12 hours straight
