this was amazing because this way you can hear right from the people we work with

you know the things that have really been pivotal for them. Obviously, of course, we do post a lot of our transformations of tons and tons of successful clients on our Instagram where they give some of their favorite tips, you know, as to what really click for them. But these are eight tips that truly will make you fit or healthier and happier in every single sense. So I'm so pumped to jump into these. And number one, we're going to go over to Colleen. Shout out to her. She has been absolutely crushing it. And she said to get out of your head. So Colleen in particular is someone, you know, who wanted to gain some lean muscle was always, you know, chronically, you know, she felt underweight, wanted to put on some new lean muscle. She even told me she wants to be able to flex on people.

You know, she really wants to put on some serious muscle, which I love. And she said the number one thing, you know, that really helped there was just to get out of your head. And she used protein as the example. Before she never thought she could eat enough calories, get enough protein. And it's these limiting beliefs that can really, you know, once again, literally limit you in your journey.

love that very awesome from coline and we're going to jump into number two, which is from Bianca. And she basically said, anyone can go to the gym for one hour. It's the other 23 that are hard. And I absolutely love that because I've heard so many different. Like, I just think a lot of people don't realize the importance of nutrition. And even if you do,

there's just literally 23 hours within the day where it's just like there's so much stuff involved that you have to kind of take care of. You know, it's just making sure that the nutrition's being fueled. Like, and I've seen so many people in the past who are like, oh, I've gone to the gym or I've gone for a run. I can eat whatever. And like, who really cares? And, you know, just not really taking care of their macros or like even just eating healthy because they've gone to the gym for the one hour. So I really recommend, you know, even if you're already crushing the gym, really paying attention to be like, how can I optimize these other 23 hours? And that also kind of goes into the sleep, the stress management, you know, just fueling yourself accordingly and just really paying attention to that because that's what's, you know, a workout is what, four to five percent of your day and then there's still a good majority of the day that's going to be super important to get you the results you deserve. Absolutely. You know, shout out to Bianca as well. Absolutely killing it. Next up is from Victoria. You know, we've been shutting her out a lot. You know, shout to her. Just crushed a powerlifting meet got three state records on her first meet. Straight up beast mode. And I loved it. It was so simple, but so true. And that's the track your macros. You know, we're big believers and what gets track, it's managed. You know, what doesn't is things things that you're just going to neglect you know i i like the money example because i think everyone can relate

sometimes you know and sometimes we don't want to face these harsh realities but it's important we

have self checks right we have safeties you know these are key things because you know it's very easy just to do things to it's really detrimental and they get to the point of no return. But when you're doing things like tracking, being aware, holding yourself accountable, it really helps you say, ooh, you know, maybe I need to be a little bit more accurate with this. Maybe I can adjust here. Maybe I can adjust there. And it's a really powerful thing. And in particular, just making a habit of tracking your macros is something that will absolutely change your life. Honestly, it's just one of the best things. Like, you know, it doesn't have to be like this crazy intense thing. Just simply making you more aware. It just, it will pay off for so many different years. Like I just feel like especially because I did it for so many
