Anyways, been busy here. Been real busy. Been busy working on my ultimate listing appointment project. Been busy because I had to make a

switchover of virtual assistance. It helped me with this and among other things and I'm in the process of that it's so far so good and that's it I am heading back down to

Maryland actually this weekend I know a lot of our listeners are in the charities and do a lot of things to give back and I find myself as now that I am not so much

Consumed by the real estate game giving back more and more.

So I'm going back because I'm doing a couple of things.

First of all, I'm doing a deep creek dunk, which is a lake in Maryland that is,

it's gonna be ice cold, it's gonna be like zero degrees. I'll probably periscope from there.

Here's the deal, okay, here's what I do. I promise you this, I will periscope from there. So you're listening to this. A Saturday,

I will be periscoping this between 2 and 3 p.m. Eastern Standard time on Saturday

Probably towards the latter part of that because we get sent in in waves so between 2.20 and 3 probably is when I'll jump in.

Maybe I'll put it on Facebook but I will periscope me jumping in that lake and I'm raising money for Special Olympics.

There's several of our gobundance members have children with Down syndrome and

special needs and so I'm doing it to support them and to support their children and support the charity in itself
