That's great that is awesome hey before we into this, why don't you introduce yourself to our audience guys so they can get to know you better?

All right, ladies first. Okay, so I'm originally from I think from your you're you're you're not in the woods Pat from Maryland they grew up in silver spring and joined the army and my first duty station was over here on Oahu and after having my first child decided that I was no longer a good fit for the army and started in real estates.

And basically as I had more children I decided that you know being a solo agent

was really not the the thing to do and started to build a team and now my main focus was military relocation when I was first starting out.

But then as we grew and added more team members were able to add additional areas of expertise.

So what about maybe eight years ago,

eight nine years ago,

until Leo and I partnered up.

And he had a different set of skills and really, you it's some great synergy and now we have a

big team I think we're what somewhere between 20 and 25 people in our team.

Wow.

Doing 60 million dollars on average every year in business and just having fun.

Yep, so we do, fun is number one.

So, yeah a little bit about me, I'm a local boy born and raised. I got here in 1967, born and raised. So anyway, enough about me.
