Expectations.

Generally speaking, it's not the expectations in and of themselves that cause us a lot of stress and anxiety.

It's the pressure and the

pressure, the clunching down or the tight hold that we put on these expectations.

And that in turn moves us toward going down

the wormhole of anxiety. It turns us toward running to that dark

place. We all have goals in life. It's a part of life. It's a part of the way that we live. So what is it that

we're supposed to do? Where is the fine line here? How do we determine whether we're

on the path to reaching our goals or if we're setting ourselves

up for despair with expectations.
