activist Shaka Singer. He was in prison for a while and actually reformed a certain gang

culture in prison to be more community service-oriented, kind of an amazing story and an amazing

person. We also had BJ Fogg, the OG of behavior change, one of the original researchers when

it comes to human habit change and behavior modification. His book, Tiny Habits, is recent

and I think it's going to be one of the go-to guides for behavior change, for habit change.
