0:31.3	back one of our most popular guests of the show, which is my friend Kimberly Lucas.
0:38.9	Kim is, I guess the easiest way to describe her is as an energy healer, but she's so much
0:44.5	more than that.
0:45.5	When I'm sending one of my friends to her, I always say that meeting with Kimberly is like
0:50.6	going to a therapist, but that therapist is also tapping into your ancestors and your
0:57.8	spirit guides.
0:59.9	She's so wise and has really helped me in my healing journey.
1:05.7	She's one of those people that I'm really lucky to get to be friends with in real life.
1:09.7	When we go out and grab coffee, we always have the most interesting conversations.
1:15.3	We were meant to do that this week.
1:16.9	We were meant to go grab coffee and be friends and just catch up.
1:21.2	The night before we were texting back and forth about all of the things that we wanted
1:25.5	to talk about, and she and I are both really interested in our bodies and pain.
1:32.7	We both have experienced healing of pain in our bodies where the pain was emotional, not
1:38.9	physical.
1:39.9	We were talking back and forth in text, and I was sharing a book with her and she was
1:43.9	sharing one with me, and then I just had this intuition.
