| 0:58.0 | You know, on this podcast we talk about mindsets specifically new mindsets. That's you know new ways of thinking, new ways of standing up for yourself, new ways of knowing your worth, knowing what you bring to the table. |
| 1:13.0 | And most of all new ways of being at peace with the decisions you make and the things that happen to you in your life. |
| 1:22.0 | That's what a new mindset is. You know, I think about this all day every day. I write about this all day every day. It's literally all I do. |
| 1:27.0 | And that's what a new mindset is. You know, a new mindset. It's less about whatever aligning your shock rust and flowing abundantly and energy fields, law of attraction and that kind of thing. |
| 1:39.0 | It's less about that. And it's more about simply how you see the world around you. Simply how you see yourself. That's it. |
| 1:48.0 | And coming to terms with that in as simple away as you can, you know, a big about simplifying things in life. And that's all that's how you level up. That's how you set a new mindset. |
| 1:58.0 | And I'm convinced that if we, you know, even if we make wrong decisions in life, which let's be real is going to happen a lot. Even if we do that, if we can approach the result of our decisions, the result of other people's decisions that affect us, if we could do that with more simplicity, with more focus, we're going to be good. |
| 2:18.0 | You know, we're going to be good because then no matter what happens, no matter what doesn't happen, we're moving forward. We simplified how we see the world around us. We're moving on. |
| 2:29.0 | And life rewards people who do that, who move forward. Because when you do, when you're doing that, you're not overthinking. |
| 2:37.0 | You're not constantly looking back, beating yourself up. You're not, you know, on top of the world one day, and then the next you're triggered by something and then you spiral into a cycle of what if and what if and what if. |
| 2:50.0 | You know, so that's my approach to life. And it's brought me so much peace to simplify how I see myself to simplify how I see the world around me to be able to accept what happens to make what I think is the best decision for me. |
| 3:05.0 | To accept the bullshit of other people that might come into my life, whether I like it or not, and to just find peace in that process. |
| 3:15.0 | And you know, it's all well and good to say that. But if there's one area of life where that's all nice, but it kind of falls apart in practice, it's of course shocker relationships dating. |
| 3:27.0 | You know, if I had a nickel for every time in my personal life, in my 20s, or with all the DMs and questions I get from you all where, you know, we say we went through a breakup. |
| 3:38.0 | And following the breakup, everything was great. Heck yes, this is the best decision for me. It ended for a reason. One door closes, another door open. All right. |
| 3:47.0 | But then a month later, it's, oh man, maybe that wasn't right. Maybe we shouldn't have broken up. I'm alone, the sucks. What if things happen differently? Oh no. |
| 3:57.0 | If I had a nickel for every time, I experienced that or I got a DM from someone experiencing that, I'd be a rich man. |
| 4:04.0 | You know, it's human nature to over complicate, overthink the relationships that end in our lives. It really is. I'm sure you're aware. |
