Summary

In an encore episode of T&B Shaun speaks to the creator of The Wild Diet Abel James. Shaun got to know The Fat Burning Man himself and discusses with us “why to go wild” and its benefits but beyond that we find out more about this creative trainer and his passions.   We can continue to talk about diet and nutrition, but what about that passion you have inside to use that extra energy for positivity?
