So let's jump right into it. Yeah. And like this kind of stemmed because I got asked through Instagram probably a couple weeks ago. And the question was something along the lines of, do you ever fear letting yourself go? Like, do you ever think that you're going to be out of shape, like, in a few years or anything like that? And like, my answer is just truthfully, like, no, I absolutely don't. And the reason is because of all the habits that have been built up. And these seven things I find that we're about to jump into are just absolute staples that it's it's second

nature it's like I don't even think about it anymore and it just happens so let's jump right into it

themselves slipping like there's many times and this is where a lot of people don't realize is like even super fit people, even people who, you know, just are naturally always in shape and everything like that, like we are going to slip up. There's going to be those times where, you know, just, it's been a crazy week. Like, you know, just maybe you got back from a trip or like,

you know, just, um, maybe you're going through like house renovations or like, whatever it is.

Like you may just find yourself slipping, but you catch yourself. And that's where a lot of people

go wrong is they never realize like and kind of just clue into that happening. And I've had to

tennis years of being consistent with working out, with nutrition, with dieting, with cardio,

and everything like that. And, you know, I just have an honest conversation with myself and say,

hey, listen, Kyle, like you did zero cardio last week. You haven't tracked your macros. And,

you know, I caught myself. And that's what prevents me from doing it for a couple months. I catch myself after a few days. And that's because I'm
