I think this will be super inspiring for a lot of you here. And, you know, as you all know, one of my favorite quotes is you can have results or excuses. You can't have both um i live by it i swear by it and i firmly believe

it you know i repeat that every single night while i'm sleeping the whole time no i'm just kidding but uh that'd be that'd be pretty funny but no it's it's a very similar way to talk about that quote and i find like it's just it's so real you know you get what you put in you know you give 50 percent you're going to get 50%.
