In this episode of The Bare Performance Podcast, Nick Bare talks about his journey to qualify for the Boston Marathon. This requires a sub 3-hour marathon time which equates to roughly a 6:50 min/mile pace. Nick's best marathon time to date is 3:57 so this will require Nick to shave about an hour off his best time.
Listen to Nick talk about what he has changed since his last marathon season and how he feels going in to the Austin, Texas marathon in 11 days (the first race of the season).
