What's going on guys welcome back to another episode of the Bear Performance Podcast.

I am your host Nick Bear owner of Bear Performance Intrition and today we're talking some updates

with the business like this past week I opened up a Q&A on Instagram asking what people

want to hear more of on this podcast and a lot of it was behind the scenes of running

and operating bear performance nutrition. So I brought on a guest on this episode

telling me answers to these questions and kind of dive into what we're working on in 2020

and what happened in 2019 that set us up for success this year. I brought on Preston Bear

Chief Operations Officer of Bear Performance Nutrition.

How are we doing today? It's definitely nice to hear the new job title. Definitely something

different but excited to take on this role and keep growing this company.

We've moved some responsibilities around this past year or in 2020 the past couple weeks

I guess this past month. We've shifted some employees around delegated responsibility

a little bit just so that we can continue scaling and growing. Facilitate this growth.

So like John took over all logistics Joe took over all customer service. We've brought

on more employees to help fulfill impact orders and just in 2020 alone we've already have

two to three new employees scheduled to start working with us and that's just like I said

the facilitate growth. So like we can't do what we do without a supportive team and a

strong team and also the support from you guys. So to prepare for that growth I mean we're

going to talk about what we did in 2019 in preparation and then what we're doing in 2020

to sustain that. Well to talk about like one of the biggest things we did in 2019 that

was massive for us that was a big move we did right. Yeah so 2020 going right into it this
