being part of this journey. Okay, let's get straight into the episode. When I first launched my business, I set some

awesome goals and I got started on achieving them. And weirdly enough, the more I achieved,

the worse I felt. It didn't matter what I did. It never seemed like it was enough. Slowly,

I grew more and more frustrated with myself.

When I imagined myself achieving these things a few months ago, I was so excited.

I thought it was going to feel amazing.

And then one day I was reading back over my notes from the first few weeks of running my business

and I realized that I had done nearly everything I'd wanted to do. I just hadn't taken time

to acknowledge those milestones and celebrate them. I simply jumped straight from one goal to the

next without any hesitation.

Now maybe you're thinking this topic doesn't really apply to you because perhaps you don't really have any goals, but not having goals doesn't mean you're not achieving anything.
