Summary

Hello, dear listener! Welcome back to the 30-day authenticity challenge.

On this podcast, I often talk about the importance of being authentic. Of being yourself in every situation, with every person.

So, during the course of these 30 days, we'll do the inner (and outer) work of becoming more authentic and expressing our true selves - without feeling like we need to hide who we are.

Episodes will go out daily until we complete the challenge.

Your task for today, DAY 20, is to explore some of your shadows - specifically, the part of you that expects or wants others to make you happy (more instructions in the episode).

To support the creation of this podcast, you can purchase any of my resources for self-healing here:

Please visit https://josephinehardman.com or send a note to me@josephinehardman.com to connect, share feedback, or let me know how the challenge is going for you.

With deep gratitude for your presence, I send you all my love and support as you allow the true You to shine forth.

Any negative or limiting or hurtful labels you feel others have at some point imposed on you

1:27.2

or made you believe about yourself.

Now, as we move forward in this challenge and in life, and before we do day number 20,

I think it's important that you continue helping yourself not to get triggered if anyone else tries to impose a label on you, right? Because

sensitive or to whatever else, please remember to take a deep breath in that moment

2:21.7

or as soon as you're able to, to not take it personally, maybe to smile internally,

2:30.4

because you know that whatever this person is saying to you or about you is actually just a reflection of themselves or of some conflict that they have going on within that hasn't been resolved, really a reflection of where they are.
