You spend your time instead of spending money.

And I'm like, you need to spend both.

Don't just spend time without spending money on them.

You show up with their house empty-handed, you don't want to spend money, what are you going to do?

Just sit in the dark and not do anything.

Spend time and money on your loved ones.
