0:30.5	You know those truths in your head, but deep down, that truth of God's love and mercy

0:40.9	Again, you know the truth that God loves you and He's merciful in your head, but you
0:45.8	still experience a lot of shame.
0:48.3	You feel ashamed over things you've done, sins you've committed.
0:52.9	You realize how you've fallen short in so many ways, you say, I'm so imperfect
0:58.0	and maybe you struggle with some self-hatred, some self-condemnation, I want to encourage
1:05.3	you because there's a beautiful prayer, a beautiful prayer that we hear every time we
1:09.5	go to Mass.
1:10.5	And it's a prayer that's meant to encourage you and help you really encounter God's love
1:16.3	and mercy deeply in your heart.
1:18.5	And that prayer is known as the Curie, the Lord have mercy prayer and that's what I'm
1:21.8	going to unpack for us today.
