This week on the podcast, we are doing a mini series on three truths every Christian needs to know.

Today, we're doing the number three truth, which is God is the Redeemer.

So, Dr. Kim, what does it mean that God is the Redeemer in this situation?

I think for us to look at that, because we've talked about in this series about how people can look at us,

how we look at ourselves to divorce, how we can feel like we're unforgivable and what we've done is unforgivable and all those kind of things.

That one of the joys of the gospel is that not only does God forgive, but that He redeems.

There can be newness.

There's going to be your life is not over because you have gone through a divorce.

And when you're going through it, you may feel so broken thinking, I don't know how to, I can't really move.

You know, as you go through and you go through the healing to know that that God is going to bring healing,

that God is going to redeem, and that God has a purpose for you.

And I think that's so important that I tell people that all the time,

God is going to use this.

And what you went through, God never, I think, but let's us go through things that he does not use that for his good.

And so now he's not going to use it while you're probably on the stretcher while you're

going through the heel.

But once you go through that and the things that he's taught you and the thing that you

have learned through that, he's going to use that, whether it's an individual, whether

it's you write a book, whatever it is, whether you start a blog series, he's going to use that for you to minister to and help other
