Our ultimate goal in life is to feel happy, to feel fulfilled, right? But I think sometimes we go about finding happiness in the wrong way, or we do things that cause us to work against ourselves when trying to be that happier person or live that happier, more fulfilled life. That's why in today's episode, I want to share three things that you need to stop doing now if you want to live a happier, more fulfilled life.
