want conflict? We're talking about good healthy conflict, not mean spirited conflict, good healthy conflict and

and very few companies I've worked at have even close to enough conflict

and that there's a lot of reasons for that.

is talk about why it's such a problem that there's not more of it because there's a huge

cost in our organizations and in society when we don't have enough conflict.

Right and not just on our teams but in our families and other arenas in our life.
