here we go what's our topic today? The topic today is hiring.

So we're going to talk about how to avoid hiring

bad people, the wrong people, and how to attract and hire the right people.

Yeah, this is probably the most important thing we can do is Jim Collins likes to say you got to get the right people. Yeah, this is probably the most important thing we can do is

but so many companies, even today, still get it wrong.

And I love talking about this.

And then this is not only something that we get asked about a lot, you know, people calling to

our office or read your books and wonder how do we implement this in our hiring procedure,

but when we talk about building a healthy organization, there's's sort of two ways to go about it you need to work on and develop the people that you already have in the organization to understand you know the behaviors and the clarity and all that and And the second piece is to attract new talent

that actually aligns themselves

with what we're trying to do.

That's right.

And the ability to do that is one of the secrets

to making a great organization.
