We begin with divisions in the Israeli government over the ceasefire and hostage deal in Gaza.

Israel's security minister, Idemar, Bengavir, is calling on allies to, quote, stop this deal after the country's security cabinet approved the agreement earlier today.

The wider cabinet will vote on the deal later today.

Israel's President Isaac Herzog applauded the cabinet's approval, repeating his call to

quote, bring all of our hostages back home.

But as the deal gets closer to being implemented, Israel's bombardment continues.

President Joe Biden gave a major opinion today that the Equal Rights Amendment is ratified.

Congress passed the amendment back in 1972, which guarantees equal rights for women.

certify and publish the amendment for it to be part of the Constitution and take
