Four raging wildfires are tearing through parts of Southern California, leaving a trail of destruction behind. The largest out-of-control fire in Pacific Palisades has destroyed at least a thousand structures and burned over 5,000 acres in Los Angeles County.

Fire officials said emergency services are stretched to the max,

and police are urging residents to take evacuation order seriously.

At least two deaths have been reported in the Eaton fire.

And according to a federal bulletin, the Federal Aviation Administration

is banning flights from near the uncontained fires in Los Angeles.

Transportation officials say the infernos have shut down parts of major highways and freeways.

A Pacific Palisades resident and business owner described her harrowing escape.
