And David, today we're debriefing your conversation with Hayes Barnard, fellow Missou alum and self-made billionaire.

Yeah, Hayes is an extremely impressive person. And the way I got hooked up with Hayes is that the

president of Missouri, Moon Choi, said, you've got to meet this guy. He's so impressive. He loves

leadership and he's done

such a great job. And so he hooked me up with Hayes and that's how we got this podcast. And I'm

glad we've developed a friendship. I am too. I love listening to your conversation with Hayes.

This is a guy who, I mean, truly came from nothing and has a real sense of gratitude for where he is and really

just wants to make the world a better place.

I mean, truly, that's kind of like his ethos.

And this conversation was a nice peek into that part of his life.

Yeah, one of the things that I loved about the conversation I'd had with Hayes was that he actually

has a room where he puts up on the wall

all the nice notes that come in of gratitude for the company and the purpose of the company

and what they're achieving. And, you know, he just doesn't take that for granted. He thinks it's

something that you could treasure. And, you know, I have to tell you, if you have

a room like that, I'm sure if you walk into it, I guarantee you your mood elevator goes all the way

to the top. And I love that. An instant mood elevator for sure. Well, David, I've got some fun
