He's the president and CEO of Wells Fargo.

And when he took over this job four and a half years ago, he took over a very, very tough position.

Well, I'll tell you what, Charlie Sharp is one of the most qualified and best financial leaders in the

entire industry. And that's because he's had such diversified experience. You know, he worked for Sandy

while and Jamie Diamond at Travelers. He was the youngest intern that they had ever had, and he worked

directly for Jamie. How is that for training? I mean, Jamie's the JP Morgan of banking in the

world today. Then he works at Bank One as the chief financial officer. Then he runs retail

operations for J.P. Morgan Chase. Then he goes to Visa and really takes that business to a whole

different level. Then he goes to Bank of New York Mellon and does a great job getting that turnaround started.

And then he's recruited to Wells Fargo, which is one of the great consumer franchises in

banking that really lost its way.

And he is the man that's on the move to really turn that business around.

And he's doing a great job with his team.
